The Mango Farm

This is a back post! God, I didn't realize that I never made a blog about this until a recent craving! We stumbled upon Mango Farm after our recent food trip at Classic Savory and that was long ago in February. Sorry for the delay my dear foodies.

Korean's just love mangoes! :)

I have always loved mangoes. I like them green on my shakes and super ripe on my desserts.  The logo is hard to miss. After you are tired with all the window shopping or impulse buying you might want to try them out.

Located right next to Classic Savory, you might want to get your fill of our National Fruit. The best mangoes comes from Guimaras! A National Treasure and did you know it is originally from India? How it came here is beyond me. :P

Here is their menu:

Typically, I would go for the Green Mango however I wanted  to try their Mango Sago. I selected the Large offering get more of that Mango goodness. Slices of almost ripe fruit, a hefty amount of tapioca balls and of course a drizzle of sweet milk is all it takes to get me weak in the knees. The combination is superb. Sweet, sour and a bit of chewy from the tapioca creates a form of exercise in my mouth. It was a fun drink. Best shared with a friend or if you eat, breathe and live for Mangoes then get your own serving. :)
