PayMaya

I have a confession to make. I have an addiction to --- cards! Did you get to read my post about my beep card? Or how about my great find Gourmet Society? Well, both I own and so many others. See, when faced with an opportunity to get a new card added to the growing collection I give my 100%. I have so many cards that my card holder could not even hold anymore. Crazy addiction however, I can safely say that most of my cards have helped me a lot. Card for transportation, discounted food, discounted delivery so it's still a win-win.

Online shopping has become a challenge for me. Since I moved to my new workplace and having a salary account that is not connected with any major credit card brand I am left with nothing but the option to go with cash on delivery. Sometimes, waiting at home can be bothersome and most COD do not even arrive on time. If only there was a way I can get payments made available and made secure to avoid any identity and card phishing. This is where PayMaya plays out.

PayMaya provides a secure online payment solution, fixing the need for a credit card. Most of us, do not want to get a card because it's basically a reason to buy stuff. With PayMaya, you can take accountable for your spending as you need to load it up first before using it. What's great is that you don't need to head to a bank to do so. Most banks offer e-wallets with minimal fees and the non-negotiable maintaining balance.

Did I mention that PayMaya can be reloaded at  your nearest 7-Eleven Cliqq Kiosks?
  1. Visit a Cliqq Kiosk in 7-Eleven stores.
  2. Select e-Money, then PayMaya.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to load up and the mobile number you used to register on PayMaya. This means you can load up someone else’s PayMaya account, provided this number is what they used to register on the app.
  4. The kiosk will issue a receipt. Present the receipt to the 7-Eleven cashier together with the load-up amount in cash.
  5. Wait for an SMS text confirming your load-up transaction before leaving 7-Eleven. Your total balance and a history of your transactions will also be reflected in your app (internet required).
Be able to connect Paypal to your PayMaya account for easy withdrawals from your freelance job and for small business owners. Transfer your PayPal balance to your PayMaya account and save PHP 200 on withdrawal fees*. You can then use your PayMaya app to shop online at any Visa-accepting merchant or withdraw your cash with a PayMaya card at any Bancnet ATM.  Open to all customers with linked PayMaya and PayPal PH accounts. PayMaya is regulated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to ensure all your transactions are secure.
