Puzzle Mansion

I believe we have traveled and went to the prime places in Tagaytay. We went to CBTL in Crosswinds which will always remain to be my favorite coffee shop ever! We also have been to one of the failed government projects - the rusty People's Park in the Sky. Headed to Yoki Farm for some mulberry eating, almost drowning from all the lettuce. Checked out the famous Mahogany Market, where they sell fresh beef at the Beef Market. Ate cheap bulalo at Lyleth's Eatery aka Betty's Eatery and trust met here is so many things one can do in Tagaytay.

One afternoon, we headed out to Puzzle Mansion. Armed with a LTE connection from Smart and Waze, we drove our way to the location. It was a bit sketchy being led to what seemed like 5 kilometers away from the main road with nothing but trees and a one way road ahead. Reminded us of those suspense movies that with one wrong turn a group of cannibals will eat you alive.

After heading down the very steep road down the mansion, we just made it in time. Entrance is Php100 per adult and you can have the option to stay in as they also have a Bed and Breakfast as well as a souvenir shop within the compound. We decided to just check the place out to remove it from the places to check out in Tagaytay. 

I didn't realize the place was a big deal not until seeing this certificate out in the entrance.

Proud to have gained the largest collection of jigsaw puzzle, this Guinness World Records certificate is a living proof that with passion and time you can reach your dreams.

The place was huge, covering what seemed like a big room filled with tons and tons of puzzles.

And so much mooooooooooooooore!

Gina Gil-Lacuna, owner and collector does not limit her collections, she also have woodcraft, glass and even those that were made of ceramics. She was planning to finish a 60,000 piece puzzle but she passed away last year and the completion of the puzzle is now under one of her son's.

The Puzzle Museum also offers a Bed and Breakfast for travelers who want to spend the night. The mansion has amenities like a swimming pool, a function room and a 24-hour cafe. A good place to just be away for the time being and awaken the child in you.


They also sell puzzles on the second floor and other souvenir items for you to take home. If you are a puzzle addict, this place will make you truly happy.
