Burger Joint 2.0

I have praised Burger Joint way back in May for their juiciest burgers in town and I took the stance that they had the best one! We visited them one time and read a note that they moved to The Gallery in Mabolo. We visited the place recently and boy was I excited.

I was certain that I will have the best time and get the most flavorful burger and satisfy my carnivorous appetite. Yes, it was that kind of day. We visited the place one afternoon. I was not only excited to visit the place, I was utterly happy that The Gallery offers more than the usual places for eating and chilling out. Across from the joint was The Pantry and 30s Kitchen + Bar has moved here as well. 

Since I had the burger before, I opted for the Hungarian Sausage and my friend grabbed the Joint Burger. You can see the kitchen from the spread as it is situated that you will see what is happening in the kitchen. There are also canopies at the back where families can sit down and enjoy their time with the bigger tables.

Everything on the burger tasted quite right. I just noticed that it somehow disappointed my standards. I wonder if it has something to do with the cook since the last time, they had that cute cook. But kidding aside, yes it somehow failed to meet my expectations. It was great mind you just lacked a few added oomph I guess. Satisfying yes just lost a few mojo here and there.

Now heading on to the Hungarian Sausage. It was fairly sized and the bun was really soft and fresh. The sausage tasted good with mustard and mayo and a few hot sauce. :)
