Rosemary Chicken with Potatoes

A feast is not a feast without roast chicken yes? We wanted something out of the ordinary. We searched Google and we found just the thing.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo chicken quarters
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Rosemary
  • Fresh Paprika

What you need to do:

  1. In a mixing bowl, pour some of the herbs with oil. Just go with your gut feel. If you want more garlic then go ahead, depends on what you want.

2. Add the chicken and mix well. Set aside to marinade.

3. Slice potatoes to quarters. Place it on a baking pan, oil it and season as desired. You can grind black pepper and sprinkle some salt over it. Add a few garlic and some onion powder. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

4. Put some color to the meat, cook over heated pan for a few minutes.

5. Once the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven and place the pan cooked chicken. Use the potatoes as bed for the chicken. Spread the chicken around the pan.

6. Pour water on the pan where you cooked the chicken and simmer for a moment. Once done, pour sauce over the chicken and bake. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes. Once done, take it out from the oven and let it cool.

7. Serve with wine or your favorite soda. You may need rice or just have the potatoes as your carbohydrates.

Enjoy your feast. ♥
