Garlic Bread

Who doesn't love garlic bread? It seems to go well with almost anything! We made Provencal de Tomate one time and added a garlic bread with it! Here is a simple no fuss baking recipe for you!


  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of butter or as desired
  • 1 fresh baguette
  • parsley (optional)
  • freshly ground pepper

What you need to do:

  • Soften butter by keeping it out from the fridge about 30 minutes.
  • Using a garlic crusher, crush garlic.

  • There would be garlic pieces that won't get crushed, take these out. Finely chop them and add to the butter.

  • Add parsley to the mix.

  • Slice baguette diagonally according to your preferred thickness.

  • Spread butter-garlic mixture to one side of the baguette. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes. 

  • Aromatic, fresh baked garlic bread ready for serving.
