How to Pay NBI Clearance with GCash

I have recently tried to get a new NBI Clearance using the new process and in order to complete your appointment, you will need to pay the clearance in advance.

Options for payment were:

  • Bank Over the Counter
  • Online Bank
  • Cash Payments
  • ECPay
  • 7-Eleven
  • Visa/Master card
  • GCash
  • PayMaya

And you know I love my GCash app for almost everything, I used it previously to pay for my DFA Passport renewal. Here's how easy it is to complete your appointment.

1. Login to your GCash app and head out to Pay bills.

2. Select the category > Government.
3. From Government > NBI.
4. Fill in details.

5. You will then get your Confirmation.

Note: Payment was for Php155 but on the receipt, you will only see Php130 the Php25 is for the service fee. Also, if you skip the online process and complete this onsite - you will be shelling out Php220 for the entire Clearance and processing.

6. You get your confirmation via e-mail and on the NBI Transaction page as Paid.
Completed the payment in 2 minutes. As long as you have enough balance you can get your payment done and appointment secured.
