How To Pay Cebu Pacific via LBC
I made a
step-by-step blog on how
to get tickets online and how to pay
for them in BDO. This would be on how to pay for the online reservations in
your local LBC branch.
Here are the
steps:
1. Take note of the 14 digit Confirmation Code you get after the successful booking.
2. Go to your local LBC branch and tell them you'd be paying for your tickets.
Tip #1. The LBC Branch only has until 4:00PM for Cebu Pacific online reservation payments. Make sure to be there before the cut-off. I went to the nearest branch at around 11AM.
3. Pay the exact amount from the online booking and wait to get your receipt. No fees are necessary and the line is shorter compared to queuing in the bank. You would not need to fill out any forms as well, just have your confirmation code, name of passenger and date of flight written on a piece of paper and hand it over to the LBC teller.
4. Wait for 24 hours for the e-mail confirmation and itinerary to be sent to you.
5. If you do not get the text in 2 days, it is best to send a copy of the receipt and attach to your e-mail and sent it to: cebetkt@cebupacificair.com

Can I ask a question? I booked a flight at 11pm July 15,2012 and it says here that I should be able to pay it at 23:59PM. Can I still pay it at July 16, 2012?? My status now is still at hold and it's 2:30AM of July 16, 2012.. please do reply.. thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi, sorry for the delayed response. With online booking, you are allowed until 11:59PM of the same day for payment. You are not able to pay on the next day as others may have taken that ticket already.

I believe so, you may try and check it on the Cebu Pacific website if the status is already Confirmed. :)

ReplyDeleteThe 14 digit confirmation code is from your online booking. This is when you have selected LBC as your Payment Outlet. Once you get pass that, you will have a series of codes that you can use when paying in LBC.
DeleteHi what should i do if my online transaction automatically cancelled my booking after i made the payment. Its says the booking is unsuccessful and try to use another credit card. But when i checked it on my online banking account.. The amount has already been deducted. I called the Cebu Pacific hotline immediately , but the operator say theres no payment that went thru. How could that be.

ReplyDeleteYes, payment is available even on the weekends. Just be there before cut-off of 11AM.

Yes, Dreg. I sent them an email attached with my proof of payment and they replied after a day. You can however try to call them or visit your nearest Cebu Pacific ticketing office. :)

ReplyDeleteDo you mean the receipt from the payment center? No. This does not represent as your tickets. Your tickets will be sent via e-mail and you can print from your home or have the option to get this printed from the ticketing office in the airport where it's always free. Just have a copy on your phone like a screenshot to show them your confirmation number and then they can pull it from their system.

DeleteI can't see the LBC or any bayad centers anymore in Cebu Pacific Payments. I have been using LBC for 3 years whenever I have a booking in Cebu Pac.. But now, I only see credit cards, Bancnet and Alipay.. In bancnet, you are required to enter your ATM numbers on certain banks like Metrobank and RCBC. My problem is.. my only bank accounts are on BPI and BDO.. :(

DeleteThis happened to me when the flight date/time is already less than 24 hours from the booking time. You can check this by trying to book a ticket that's flying 2 days after to see if the bayad center option appears. ;)

ReplyDeleteHi Aries, once booked online the 14 digit code is the booking number/confirmation number. Did you try reaching out by sending an email? I have a friend who booked a ticket and sent out an e-mail and was confirmed after 24hours. I advice you do the same.

ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for visiting. I am not an employee from LBC however as far as I know, the weight of the item would contribute as how much the shipping would cost. I recommend heading to the nearest LBC and have your item checked.

Although on HOLD pa sya technically you did not make it on time kasi, so this will be reopened to other guests.

hi this is my problem. I booked my flight last January 4, 2015 12:10a.m and paid it through LBC on 10:00 a.m same day (Sunday) the problem is until now I havent receive my Itinerary receipt and even a text from cebupacific. Should I wait for one more day before sending them an email? My flight will be next week :-(

hi i purchased my tcket thru travel agency, after few days i wanted to up my baggage allowance frm 15 to 20 kgs and made the transaction thru online and opt for payment centers but i wasnt able to pay it on the deadline, after 2 days i checked my status saying CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT DUE, i thot my transaction was forfeited bcz it its due already, anf thres a notification wen i view my itinerary online stating THIS BOOKING IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE MODIFIED ONLINE, PLS CHEK UR ISSUING AGENCY FOR CHANGES.So i went to the travel agency whr i bought the ticket but thyr system says the airline has closed this booking for baggage upgrades. and wen i check my itinerary online the status still says confirmed with payment due. now this leaves me clueless as to where i should pay my dues. will goin to cebu pac tcket office at the airport resolves this issue? calling thr hotline no. is hopeless.....pls help me
ReplyDeleteHi, I am truly sorry for the stress this has caused you. I would highly recommend heading out to the ticketing booth near you and see if this can be resolved instead of calling.

Deleteticket booth means the ticket ofice of ceb pac at the airport or the agency whr i bought my tcket?
There are Cebu Pacific branches in malls if it's near your area. If you are in Cebu, we have a Cebu Pacific office in Robinsons Fuente branch. If you are near the airport you can head out there as well.
DeleteAs for your baggage allowance you may ask this directly from the Cebu Pacific branch as well to get this fixed. I would recommend that you head out to the Cebu Pacific office cause they have a wider range of support rather than that of bayad centers/travel agencies with limitations.

ReplyDeleteHi! i just paid for my booked online through BDO this afternoon and havent got email for itirenary receipt yet and when i tried to look again for the plane schedule at their website, the schedule that ive choosen has a sign that 1 seat left on that fare and the chairs for me and my little boy was already occupied.. do u think they already reserved that for us even if i havent get itirenary receipt yet?
